1. Get your price
Text Tom your tyre size — or just a photo of the tyre — and he replies with the brand he'll fit, your all-in price, and a time that suits you. Usually within a day or two.

2. Tom comes to you
The van pulls up at your home or work. Fitting, balancing and new valves all happen right there — allow about an hour for a full set.

3. You're sorted
Pay on the day, and your old tyres leave in the van. You get brand-new rubber without ever leaving the house.

Good questions
What if I don't know my tyre size?
It's written on the sidewall of every tyre — something like 205/55 R16. Still not sure? Text a photo of your tyre to 0210 234 8067 and Tom will read it for you and text back a price.
Can you fix a puncture instead of replacing the tyre?
Often, yes — if the damage is repairable, a repair is far cheaper than a new tyre and Tom will tell you straight which one you need. And if the tyre came from Tom in the first place, the repair is free — that's Tom's Puncture Promise.
How long does fitting take?
Around 15 minutes a tyre — allow about an hour for a full set of four, all done in your driveway or workplace car park.
Is mobile fitting more expensive than a tyre shop?
No — Tom's prices are all-in with the call-out included, and customers regularly find him cheaper than the Queenstown shops. You also get your hour back instead of spending it in a waiting room.
What about vans, 4WDs and trailers?
Most passenger, SUV, van and trailer tyres are no problem — Tom does a lot of work for local camper van fleets. Text your size and he'll confirm.
